Payment and Pricing

Payment is required upon completion of services unless other arrangements have been made in advance. We accept cash, credit cards, and checks. Pricing is based on our current rate schedule and may vary depending on the complexity of the work required. Additional charges may apply for expedited services or special materials.

Equipment Responsibility

While in our possession, your equipment is covered by our business insurance. However, we are not responsible for pre-existing damage that may become apparent during repair or for equipment that is determined to be beyond economical repair. We will consult with you before proceeding with any work that differs significantly from the original estimate.

Service Timeline

We strive to complete most repairs within 3-5 business days, though complex restorations may require additional time. Timelines are estimates and may be affected by parts availability, workload, or unforeseen complications discovered during repair. We will communicate any significant delays promptly.

Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the cost of the repair service provided. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. The maximum liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.
