At Custom Golf By Stu, we stand behind the quality of our work. We are committed to providing excellent golf equipment repair services and ensuring customer satisfaction with every project we complete.
Refunds may be available in the following circumstances: if we are unable to complete the agreed-upon repair service, if the completed work does not meet the specifications outlined in our service agreement, or if there is a significant defect in our workmanship that affects the functionality of your equipment.
We provide a 90-day warranty on our repair work from the date of service completion. This warranty covers defects in workmanship and materials used in the repair process. Normal wear and tear, damage from misuse, or issues unrelated to our repair work are not covered under this warranty.
To request a refund, contact us within 30 days of service completion. We will evaluate your request and may require inspection of the equipment in question. If a refund is approved, we will process the refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. Partial refunds may be applied if only certain aspects of the service need to be addressed.
Refunds are not available for services that have been completed to specifications, equipment that is damaged after service completion, or custom modifications that cannot be reversed. Additionally, costs for replacement parts, shipping, or special materials may not be refundable if the services were completed as requested.
Before processing any refund, we prefer to work with customers to address concerns and find satisfactory solutions. This may include corrective work, adjustments, or alternative remedies that meet your needs while maintaining the integrity of your equipment.
